1. The Company hereby warrants that the Products supplied are free from defects in workmanship and/or materials at the time that the risk passes to the Customer and that for a period of one year from such time the Company will repair or replace any affected Product at its own discretion provided always that the Company’s liability under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of affected Products and is conditional upon the Customer:-
   1. notifying the Company promptly of any such defect and in any event within such period of one year;
   2. returning to the Company the affected Products properly and adequately packed in the original packaging freight paid within fourteen days of such notification;
   3. having ensured that the Products have not been tampered with modified or altered in any way;
   4. ensuring that the Products are protected from harm or otherwise properly cared for and are retained in the possession of the Purchaser.
2. This warranty is only valid with the original purchaser who must have properly registered the product within 15 days from date of purchase and does not include batteries, fuses and accessories.
3. The Company does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error free.
4. The Company shall not be liable for any damage in transit or improper site preparation or conditions or use contrary to specified.
5. The Company shall not be liable for any loss injury or damage of any nature whatsoever whether direct or consequential arising out of or in connection with any Products supplied.
6. The Company warrants that Software will not fail to execute its programming instructions due to defects in materials and workmanship when properly installed and used on the hardware designated by the Company. The Company does not warrant that Software will operate in hardware and software combinations selected by Customer, or meet requirements specified by Customer or for any specific purpose or use.
7. The warranty shall be deemed to exclude all other warranties and conditions whether express or implied. In particular but without limitation to the foregoing the Company shall not be liable for the failure of any of the Products supplied to be fit for any particular purpose for which they are required.
8. The Company is discharged from and not liable for performance of its warranty obligations for any occurrence beyond its reasonable control and without its fault or negligence including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of the public enemy, regulations, acts or restraints of a government, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, strikes, lockouts, or acts or omissions of carriers.
9. The warranty does not cover minor defects or aesthetic aspects that do not affect product functionality or specifications.
10. If the product proves defective during the applicable warranty period the company at its option, either will repair the defective product without charge for parts and labour or will provide a replacement of an equivalent product (as determined by the company) in exchange for the defective product. Parts, modules and replacement products used by the company for warranty work may be new or reconditioned to like new performance. All replaced parts, modules and products become the property of the company
